Sunny Thakkar, MS PT, CKTP, CMP, is a dual-licensed Physical Therapist practicing in both New York and New Jersey. He is also the co-founder of our New Jersey location conveniently situated at Newport. Sunny's academic journey began with a bachelor's degree from Gujarat University in India, and he further honed his expertise with a Master's in Exercise Physiology from Temple University in Philadelphia.

During his master's program, Sunny made significant contributions to the field by publishing numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. His dedication to advancing the practice is evident through his role as a reviewer at the American Physical Therapy Journal and the Journal of Rehabilitation.

Sunny holds certifications as a Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) and a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP), underlining his commitment to providing the highest quality care. With over 10 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Sunny has successfully treated a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, from amputees to athletes.
