Job Description:

Work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one, patient-centered careImplement individualized treatment plans designed by the physical therapistConduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and use equipment as directedMonitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapistEducate patients on home exercises and preventive care strategiesMaintain a safe, encouraging environment for patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey Physical Therapy Assistant LicenseAssociate Degree from an accredited PTA program. Passion for patient care and commitment to high-quality outcomesStrong communication and teamwork skills
