usually go away after a few weeks of rest but if you
have them often it may mean that your running form
needs some work.

6. Run slowly at first.
7. Do not push yourself too hard.
8. Take breaks every 20 minutes.
9. Drink plenty of water.
10. Get regular medical care.
Treatment
There are several treatment options available for shin splints. These treatments vary
based on the severity of the condition.
