Neuropathy PAIN Treatment Center

Science Behind Neuromed - Electroanalgesia

(FDA Cleared, Approved by Medicare & Most Major Insurance)

While pain medications can temporarily relieve neuropathy pain, they may also produce undesirable side effects or no results.

That’s why we are offering alternative therapies for opioid-free / drug fee for acute, and or chronic neuropathy pain or circulatory disorders symptoms patients.

One of the most effective non-surgical, drug-free treatments we offer is Electroanalgesia (EA) by NeuroMed with the MATRIX System software version 1/1.0 is a FDA cleared medical device that has clinical indication of use to: 1) Stimulate peripheral nerves for the purpose of providing pain relief. 2) Increasing local blood circulation. 3) Management and symptomatic relief of chronic (Long-term) INTRACTABLE PAIN.

This treatment modality, often termed as "Physical Medicine Treatment” and “Electroanalgesia” (EA) therapy, utilizes the application of frequency .1 - .5 Hz (Physical Medicine Treatment) and 5,000 Hz, 8,300 Hz (Electroanalgesia) achieve a variety of therapeutic actions including reduction of edema, and inflammation, analgesia, and facilitation of metabolism in the neuropathic extremity.

Electroanalgesia (EA) is accomplished by placing special designed conductive sock or hand garment electrodes over the treatment area. The strength of EA treatment is to reduce the ability of the affected nerves to transmit pain signals and, at the same time, promote healing by means of the depolarization effects on the nerve cells.

This medical device uses specific patented pre-programmed software algorithms to bioelectrically trigger different desired physiological mechanisms of actions from frequencies starting at .1 Hz - .5 Hz (for stimulation) then changing throughout the treatment to include a 5,000 Hz frequency. This technology also uses a High Definition frequency generator (HDfg)™ that can produce much higher frequencies, (8,300 Hz) to inhibit the nerves. EA technology is continually using a specific 1) carrier frequency, 2) and physician is changing the intensity (dosage) of the current to precisely match parameters delivered at the appropriate time.

Electroanalgesia are very successful. Results show that 75-80% of patients get better with treatment and have lasting results; however, there is no guarantee of success. Note that 20-25% of patients will claim they received little or no long-term relief. For this reason, other treatment options should be added or considered.

Treatment that can be used for:

  • Numbness: Losing feeling in your hands or feet and sometimes experiencing the pins and needles feeling.

  • Prickling / Tingling: Painful prickling and tingling in the extremities is experienced by some of those with Peripheral Neuropathy.

  • Sharp Electric Pain: Feeling like you are being electrocuted, or touching a battery or electric fence. This feeling can be shocking and very uncomfortable.

  • Burning Pain: The slow burning, and heat feeling that some people get in their hands and feet.

  • Cramping & Discomfort: Muscle cramping or general discomfort of the joints can happen throughout the body.

  • Hurts to Walk: Having trouble walking, moving your feet, and being mobile is a very common symptom of Neuropathy.

  • Balance Problems: Feeling off balance, not being able to stand for long periods of time, and just feeling off is a very common symptom.

  • Diabetic Nerve Pain: Pain caused by diabetes can impact the nerves and cause Neuropathy. This pain can come at any time and last for days, months or more.

  • Restless Leg: The inability to stop moving your legs or other extremities. Unwanted movement and pain in the legs.

  • Arthritis: Inflammation and pain in the joints. This can impact almost any part of the body.

How Does Treatment with Neuro Med Work?

Neuromed uses Electroanalgesia (EA) therapy, placing specially designed conductive sock or hand garment electrodes over the treatment area. The strength of this therapy is to reduce the ability of the affected nerves to transmit pain signals and, at the same time, promote healing by means of the depolarization effects on the nerve cells.

This medical device uses specific patented pre-programmed software algorithms to bio-electrically trigger different desired physiological mechanisms of actions from frequencies starting at .1 Hz – .5 Hz (for stimulation) then changing throughout the treatment to include a 5,000 Hz frequency. This technology also uses a High Definition frequency generator (HDfg)™ that can produce much higher frequencies, (8,300 Hz) to inhibit the nerves. This technology is continually using a specific 1) carrier frequency, 2) and physician is changing the intensity (dosage) of the current to precisely match parameters delivered at the appropriate time.

One System, Multiple Benefits. No More Symptoms

Electroanalgesia treatments are very successful. Results show that 75-80% of patients get better with treatment and have lasting results.

Neuromed Electroanalgesia therapy can help relieve symptoms, improve mobility and range of motion. Most patients are able to enjoy a better quality of life. Best of all, Neuromed Electroanalgesia therapy is non-invasive. There is no need for anesthesia and no recovery time. It can reduce or eliminate long-term use of addictive or harmful medication.

No matter whether your condition was caused by a sport, work accident or otherwise, we welcome the chance to serve you.

Are you tired of relying on pain medications that come with unwanted side effects and the risk of dependence? Look no further. We offer alternative therapies for acute, sub-acute, and chronic pain patients that are opioid-free and highly effective. Introducing Electroanalgesia (EA) by NeuroMed - a revolutionary pain management system that delivers precise doses of electrical energy to stimulate peripheral nerves. By blocking your pain signals, this non-surgical and drug-free treatment provides relief like never before. You may have experienced TENS (Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation) during physical therapy. Similar in concept, Electroanalgesic treatments take it to the next level. With high electrical energy frequencies and dosages as high as 100Ma, we can penetrate deep into your tissues to effectively block pain signals. Unlike a nerve block injection, Electroanalgesia utilizes electrical energy to reduce the ability of affected nerves to transmit pain signals while promoting healing. Our treatments are tailored to deliver the correct dosage and electrode placement for safe and effective results. Experience decreased pain intensity and an improved quality of life with our advanced technology. But don't just take our word for it - prestigious institutions such as Columbia University, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Loma Linda University Medical Center, and Charles R. Drew Univ. of Medicine & Science have been utilizing Electroanalgesia Technology to treat their patients' pain successfully. And now, you too can benefit from this cutting-edge treatment. We are proud to be the only provider in our area offering the NeuroMed Electroanalgesia machine. With our highly skilled team administering these treatments, you can trust that you are in capable hands. Say goodbye to temporary relief and hello to long-lasting results without the need for opioids or surgery. Take control of your pain management journey today with our innovative Electroanalgesia therapy.
